Compliance

The term Compliance is used to refer to the need for organizations and persons to be in compliance with the internal procedures and applicable laws and regulations. In principle, all organizations should be ‘compliant’. Our experience is that focus on compliance applies particularly within organizations in sectors that are under some form of supervision.

We advise companies and institutions that are subject to specific compliance risks. You can think of organizations that are subject to the Act on Financial Supervision , the Audit Firms Supervision Act, Competition law risks, Telecommunications Legislation and Anti-Corruption legislation (FCPA and ABA). We have extensive experience on implementation of privacy legislation projects.

We support our clients, amongst others, with applications for permits, permissions and licenses, the creation or review of the compliance organization and translating legislation into processes and procedures.
